Discourse-calendar instead of discourse-event

The discourse-event plugin is installed by default but no longer supported, it is replaced by discourse-calendar and the playbook should reflect the change.

After testing discourse-calendar, I’m not convinced it is a viable replacement for discourse-event. The most annoying problem with discourse-event is that it has Paris timezone set to GMT+2 although it is currently GMT+1. And since it is no longer maintained, there is no chance of getting that fixed.
