OpenStack tenant dedicated to Hostea testing

The hostea playbook which deploys Gitea & Woodpecker currently has limited integration testing. To go a step further it needs a dedicated OpenStack tenant in which it can create hosts, update them with new Gitea instances and destroy them. It would not be convenient to do so with the same OpenStack tenant that runs the tests because of name conflicts (the bind-host for instance) and difficulties associated with bugs that accidentally destroy the test infrastructure instead of the Enough instance being managed by Hostea.

A new OpenStack tenant (name Testing user user-yjHGdxZRmYtt ) was created and is dedicated to be used by tests that need to deploy a new Enough instance.
